I forgot my password. What do I do?
For our user's security, all passwords are encrypted in a way that
not even we can read them. Thus, the only thing we can do is reset it
for you. Contact us using the form below and we will be happy to help.
What's a Context?
Contexts are used to classify a task by the context required
to do the task. For example, phone calls require you to have a
phone and be in a place where you can make a call, so you might want
to assign the "Phone" context to all the calls you need to make in
all your projects. When you are able to make phone calls, you
can click on the "Phone" context and see all the calls you need to
make in all your projects. Some other common contexts are Home,
Errands, @Computer, Work.
Can I email tasks to my Neptune Inbox?
Yes! Anything you send to your neptune username at neptunehq.com
will go into your Neptune inbox. So if your username was "bob", you
could send emails to bob@neptunehq.com. The subject of the email
becomes the task title.
How do I cancel my account?
On the
settings page,
there is a link to cancel your account.
If your trial account has expired, we will cancel your account
automatically after a grace period of two weeks where you can
still sign up and not lose any of your data.
